Myofascial Release provides slow, gentle, sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  Fascia surrounds every tissue and organ in our body including nerves, blood vessels, muscle and bone. Trauma, scarring or inflammation cause the fascia to lose its pliability and it becomes tight and restricted.  Releasing the restrictions can improve the function of every tissue and organ of the body.
